Netanel's Story
My journey in construction began far from here, in Los Angeles. I went there to build a life, and found myself working for a large American construction company where I received my true professional education. That's where it clicked: construction isn't just knocking down walls and plastering.
There is no such thing as "good enough, let's move on". This is a prestigious profession that demands 100% accountability, full transparency, compliance with standards and precision at the highest level.
When I returned to Israel, the landing was rough. Suddenly I was up against the "it'll be fine" attitude and the familiar corner-cutting. I decided not to wait for the industry to change, but to stand up and create quality craftsmanship right here. I took the values of order, meeting deadlines and keeping your word, and built I.L.N.S. on them.
