Why isn't it here yet?
A cost calculator is a delicate thing. It's easy to throw out a nice number that earns a click, but an inaccurate number only leads to disappointment later, for you and for us. We prefer to take the time and build a tool based on real prices from projects we've completed, including the gaps between finish levels, material types and the actual condition of the property.
Until we finish it properly, we won't publish a half-baked version. In the meantime, the most accurate way to get an estimate is simply to talk to us. A short visit at the property is worth more than any calculator.
What the calculator will do
- Estimate a price range by type of work: bathroom, kitchen, flooring, painting or a full apartment
- Account for the finish level and the quality of materials you choose
- A clear separation between what's included and what counts as an extra
- A clear note that the number is an initial estimate only, not a binding quote
