This website belongs to I.L.N.S. Projects Ltd. (Company Reg. No. 516700739), a renovation and finishing company working in Central Israel. Browsing here is free and requires no registration, but as with any properly run business, we want to make clear from the outset what the site does and does not offer. Use of the site constitutes acceptance of the terms on this page. If anything isn't clear, just call and we'll explain.
The information here is general, not advice
We have invested a great deal in making the information on this site, including the articles, accurate and useful. Still, it is general information written from experience in the field, and it does not replace an inspection by a professional who sees your property. Every home is different. Before you make a decision or start work, talk to a qualified professional, or simply talk to us.
Price and time estimates
Numbers that appear on the site, in our content or in tools we will add in the future, such as the cost calculator, are general estimates for guidance only. A binding quote is issued only after a visit to the property, and it is set out in a written agreement signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between the site and the agreement, the agreement prevails.
The numbers on this site
The "years of experience" and "projects completed" figures reflect Netanel Shaar's cumulative experience in the field, including the period before the company was founded. The satisfaction figure reflects the feedback we received from clients upon completion of the work. These figures describe the past and are not a promise about any particular project.
Warranty on our work
When we write "full warranty" on this site, we mean that we stand behind the work we carried out. The scope, duration and conditions of the warranty are set out in the signed agreement or quote for each project, and that is where they are binding.
Our content
The texts, photos, videos and logo on this site belong to us. The photos were taken on projects we carried out, and the content was written in-house. You're welcome to share a link to the site as much as you like. Copying content or photos for commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.
Client testimonials
The testimonials on this site, including the screenshots of WhatsApp messages, are real messages from real clients, published with their consent. Sometimes only an excerpt of a longer testimonial is shown, without changing its words. Each testimonial reflects one client's personal experience on their own project and is not a promise of the same result for others.
Our Google rating
The home page shows our Google star rating and number of reviews. We update this figure regularly, based on the notice Google sends us for each new review. The full, current figure can always be found on our Google Business Profile, to which the link leads. The Google reviews were written by the reviewers themselves on Google's platform, and we do not edit them. This site is not affiliated with or sponsored by Google.
Third-party services
Parts of the site rely on external services: hosting the site and receiving form submissions (Netlify), the WhatsApp button, and links to our Google profile and social media pages. We don't control these services, and using them is subject to the terms of their operators.
Site availability and mistakes
We do our best to keep the site available, current and accurate, but a website is not a wall we have plastered. Sometimes there will be a temporary glitch, and sometimes an honest mistake will come to light. We'll fix it as soon as we know about it, and we'd be glad if you let us know. We are not liable for indirect damage caused by reliance on the site's content alone. For our work in the field, however, we are responsible, within the framework of the agreement we sign together.
Privacy and accessibility
How we protect your information is set out in the privacy policy, and what we've done to make the site accessible to everyone is set out in the accessibility statement. Both pages are an integral part of these terms of use.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always appear on this page with the date it was last updated. Use of the site is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
