This site belongs to I.L.N.S. Projects Ltd. (company no. 516700739), a renovation and finishing company working in central Israel. Browsing here is free and requires no registration, but as in any well-run business, we want it clear up front what the site offers and what it doesn't. Using the site means you accept the terms on this page. If anything here isn't clear, just call and we'll explain.

The information here is general, not advice

We've put a lot into making the information on this site, including the guides in our knowledge center, accurate and useful. Still, it is general information written from field experience, and it does not replace professional advice tailored to your property. Every apartment is its own story, and what's right for one building may be irrelevant for another. Before making a decision or starting work, talk to a certified professional who sees the property with their own eyes, or simply talk to us.

Price and time estimates

Numbers that appear on the site, whether in content or in tools we may add later, are general estimates for orientation only. A binding quote is created only after a visit to the property, and it is set down in a written agreement signed by both sides. If there is any conflict, what the agreement says overrides what the site says.

Our content

The texts, photos, video and logo on this site are ours. The photos were taken on projects we carried out, and the content was written in-house. You're welcome to share a link to the site as much as you like. Copying content or photos for commercial use without our written permission is not allowed.

Client testimonials

The testimonials on this site are real messages from real clients, published with their consent. Each one reflects a client's personal experience on their own project and is not a promise of an identical result for others. Every project stands on its own.

Third-party services

Parts of the site rely on external services, such as the WhatsApp button, the site's hosting service and font loading. We don't control those services, and using them is subject to their operators' terms.

Site availability and mistakes

We do our best to keep the site available, current and accurate, but a website is not a wall we plastered. Sometimes there will be a temporary glitch, and sometimes an honest mistake will surface. We'll fix anything like that as soon as we know about it, and we'd be glad if you let us know when you spot something. We are not liable for indirect damage caused by relying on the site's content alone. Our work on site, on the other hand, is something we stand behind fully, under the agreement we sign together.

Privacy and accessibility

How we protect your information is detailed in the privacy policy, and what we've done to make the site accessible to everyone is detailed in the accessibility statement. Both pages are an inseparable part of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always appear on this page with its update date. Use of the site is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
