Who we are
I.L.N.S. Projects Ltd. (Company Reg. No. 516700739) is a renovation and finishing company working in Central Israel. The purpose of this website is to let clients learn about our work and contact us.
We are not a tech company. We don't sell data, we don't build profiles of visitors and we don't run targeted advertising. The person responsible for the information collected on this site is Netanel Shaar, the company's owner.
What we collect and why
The personal information that reaches us is whatever you choose to give us in the contact form:

You are under no legal obligation to give us these details, and giving them is entirely up to you. Without a name and phone number we will not be able to get back to you, but you can also always call us or message us on WhatsApp. The site does not require registration.
Technical information recorded automatically
The site does not run analytics tools, social media pixels or tracking cookies, and all fonts and images load from our own server. That said, as with almost any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and operational purposes. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing purposes. For the site and our communications with you to work, we use service providers, who get access to information only to the extent their role requires:
- Netlify, which hosts the site and receives the inquiries sent through the form.
- Google, which operates our business email inbox.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through it. In that case, WhatsApp's privacy terms also apply.
Some of these providers store information on servers outside Israel. Other than that, we will disclose information only if we are required to do so by law.
Where the information is stored
An inquiry sent through the form is stored in Netlify's form system and, at the same time, sent to our business email inbox. If the inquiry progresses to a project, your details may also be recorded in an internal client list we use to keep track of inquiries. We do not pass inquiries on to any other systems.
Marketing messages and content
Updates and marketing content by WhatsApp or email are sent only to people who voluntarily ticked the separate consent box in the form, or who gave us explicit consent in another way. Consent is not a condition for receiving service, and we keep a record of it together with the date it was given. You can withdraw it at any time, by replying to a message or by contacting us, and once you withdraw it, no further marketing content will be sent to you.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores only two functional items in your browser (Local Storage): the accessibility settings you chose, and the fact that you confirmed the privacy notice. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings.
Links on the site also lead to third-party websites, such as our Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. When you visit them, their privacy policies apply to you, not ours.
If we add a measurement tool such as Google Analytics in the future, we will update this policy in advance and ask for your consent as required.
Project photos and client messages
The photos on this site were taken on projects we carried out. We do not publish alongside them an address or any other detail that identifies the property owners. Screenshots of client messages and written testimonials are published with the writers' consent, under a first name or a name the writer approved, and without a phone number or profile picture. If a client asks us to remove a testimonial or photo related to them, we will remove it promptly.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it, you may:
- Inspect the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Ask us to delete your details, where we have no obligation or legitimate business need to keep them
- Ask us to stop sending you marketing content
Exercising these rights is free of charge. We will respond to every request within 30 days of the date it is made.
Data security
Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS), the site is protected by standard security headers, and access to inquiries is limited to the company's owner. We do not collect credit card numbers, ID numbers or any other sensitive information on this site. No online security is perfect, but we take reasonable measures, and if a security incident occurs we will act as the law requires.
Minimum age
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 18. If you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
Legal basis
We process information on the basis of your consent when you send an inquiry, and in order to respond to a service request you made on your own initiative, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law and the regulations under it. Marketing messages are sent only with consent, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of the page. Any material change will be displayed prominently.
